About Dr. Bridget
We can’t always control the waves, but we can learn how to surf.
Hello! I’m Bridget
I am a licensed Naturopathic Doctor practicing telemedicine on a secure virtual platform for Ontario residents. l Iive in the Leslieville/Beaches area of Toronto with my husband & two young children.
Prior to gaining a doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2015, I gained a Bachelor of Science in Honours Health Studies from the University of Waterloo.
I primarily help women who are:
-
Feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or burned out
-
Tired of feeling tired or “not quite themselves”
-
Experiencing PMS, menstrual or hormonal concerns
-
Struggling with sleep, energy, digestion, or stress-related symptoms
-
Navigating emotional overwhelm or feeling disconnected from themselves
-
Looking for a deeper understanding of what’s contributing to their symptoms
-
Ready for personalized care rather than another quick fix
My approach to healing emphasizes the whole person; physical, emotional, mental & spiritual health. I will maintain a judgement-free space as you are heard & seen with compassion. I believe education and personal knowing are behind feeling empowered about your health and that is the bridge between you and a truly vibrant life.
I enjoy hiking, skiing, time with family & friends, cooking, live music & deep conversation 🙂

Pillars of My Work
Stress Resilience
When we are better able to cope & adapt to life stressors, we give our body its best chance to grow, repair & heal. We can’t always control what happens in our world but we can learn how to best support ourself through it.
Emotional Regulation & Wellness
Stuck emotions like shame & fear can sometimes hold us back from living a vibrant life. It shapes the way we live, the choices we make & relationships we hold. Healing happens when we learn to feel.
Women & Maternal Health
A women’s cycle means a constant shifting of hormones. Supporting the body to best adapt to these shifts is key. Additionally, motherhood is a life changing experience that demands so much. Whether her children are 0 or 17, supporting a mother’s body, mind & spirit for the health of her & her family is crucial.
Approach to Health Care
Mind Body Connection
Many illnesses, whether physical or mental/emotional, are multi-layered and complex. To merely address the symptoms is only looking at the tip of the iceberg. The layers of a disease involve physical, social, environmental, emotional and energetic factors which contributed to its presence. In addressing each layer, the body is able to express and release any blocks which have previously prevented healing.
Compassionate Care
The heart is a beautiful muscle in our chest that circulates our blood so that our tissues may become oxygenated. The heart is also often the place where we feel connection, love and empathy. In heart centered care, I offer an approach which facilitates connection between myself and my patient. Your needs and concerns will be addressed with the most compassionate yet effective care.
Scientific Evidence meets Intuition
There have been many gains in scientific literature that speak to the mind body connection. My passion is combining latest evidence on gold standard care in medicine with intuitive insights. To me, these two things are not mutally exclusive but synergistically benefical when combined in service for a client.
