It’s about feeling empowered to take steps in the direction of healing that align with you. 

My approach truly focuses on you and your thoughts, feelings, beleifs about yourself that could be holding you back from a life you love. You deserve to live a life that you feel energized, supported & whole.

Initial Visit

An initial visit allows us to get an in-depth look at your whole health picture. I’m interested in getting a sense of your health journey thus far and hone in on areas that need support and areas that are preventing your healing. My hope is you leave feeling heard, seen & empowered.

Customized Plan For You & Your Goals

In follow up visits we will re-visit your original health concerns and look for objective and subjective signs that you are on track to feeling better. Some people desire and require more frequent follow ups and some prefer more spaced out. Every step is uniquely tailored to you & your needs.

Ongoing Support

This is completely unique and tailiored to your needs. My goal is to be a resource on your health & wellness team as long as it suits your needs! As your needs ebb & flow so will frequency of visits. As your Naturopathic Doctor, it’s my honour to walk along side you.

A women’s cycle means a constant shifting of hormones. Supporting the body to best adapt to these shifts is key. Additionally, motherhood is a life changing experience that demands so much. Supporting mother’s body, mind & spirit for the health of her & her family is crucial.

Children wellness is about physical, mental & emotional health. As parents, it’s our job to provide the best environment for our kids to thrive. We are not the carpenter, molding & shaping our kids into what we like, we are the gardener, tending the soil so that their best self can grow & thrive.

Mind Body Connection

Many illnesses, whether physical or mental/emotional, are multi-layered and complex. To merely address the symptoms is only looking at the tip of the iceberg. The layers of a disease involve physical, social, environmental, emotional and energetic factors which contributed to its presence. In addressing each layer, the body is able to express and release any blocks which have previously prevented healing.

Compassionate Care

The heart is a beautiful muscle in our chest that circulates our blood so that our tissues may become oxygenated. The heart is also often the place where we feel connection, love and empathy. In heart-centered care, I offer an approach which facilitates connection between myself and my client. Your needs and concerns will be addressed with the most compassionate yet effective care.

Scientific Evidence meets Intuition

There have been many gains in scientific literature that speak to the mind body connection. My passion is combining latest evidence on gold standard care in medicine with intuitive insights. To me, these two things are not mutally exclusive but synergistically benefical when combined in service for a client.

My Mission

The problem is that often times we are feeling disempowered and truly reacting to life instead of creating life. A large part of this is because the burden of stressors in our life. I’m hear to say it’s less about the burdens and more about how we RESPOND to them. Stats Canada recently reported that 4.1 million Canadians reported high or very high work-related stress in their lives. Stress affects a very large amount of our respective communities & workplaces. We know from the literature, stress-related illness comprises over 90% of illnesses. Bottomline is that stress makes us unwell. My mission is to not stop the waves but to teach you how to surf. Stress Resilience is a skill & a mindset that can bring clarity, empowerment & wellness into your life.
